Supporting Real People Through Real Life

Whether you’re a parent feeling stretched thin, a leader watching your team burn out, or seeking a speaker who delivers real value, you deserve support that creates lasting change, not just temporary relief.

Through individual coaching, organizational consulting, and speaking engagements, I help you navigate life’s complexities with evidence-informed strategies and genuine empathy.

Life is complex. Your support shouldn’t be generic.

About Me

I’m Dr. Chetna Sethi, and I understand what it means to navigate the intersection of professional demands and personal life because I’ve been there too. My approach combines evidence-informed strategies with genuine empathy, addressing not just mindset and emotions but also the practical elements that make sustainable change possible. Based in the Washington, DC metro area, I work in person and virtually with individuals and organizations who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions.

Cultures in Bloom

Burnout isn’t a problem you have to solve alone. For too long, the burden of preventing burnout has been placed on the individual. We’re told to be more resilient, manage our time more effectively, or practice better self-care. While those things are important, they don’t fix the underlying issues.

Let’s start focusing on the bigger picture.

In my upcoming book, I dive deep into the systemic and structural causes of burnout and how to prevent it from taking hold. Read my blog post, Working Harder Isn’t the Answer: How Systems Thinking Gets You Unstuck at Work, to see how you can take a systems approach at work.

Book releases on March 4, 2026.

Loved the personalized, small group approach! This workshop is different from all the other ‘one size fits all’ parent coaching models out there. Dr. Sethi recognizes that parenting is a unique journey for everyone, and we’re all doing the best we can!
